Our Lead Instructor

Dave is the Co-Founder and Director of Operations for Crisis Relief and Recovery (CRR), where he leads field deployments, oversees training programs, and develops standard operating procedures for disaster response. A former Air Force intelligence officer, Dave brings decades of experience in high-pressure environments and applies that same clarity, resilience, and structure to CRR’s training. He is a certified Wilderness First Responder, Search and Rescue Technician, and Security & Risk Consultant with extensive background in leadership development and mentoring.
